JDI acquired a 138-unit assisted living and memory care community in Long Grove, Illinois, built in 2018. The community, rebranded as The Bridgemoore, sits in one of the most affluent senior housing markets in the Chicago MSA. JDI partnered with Evolve Senior Living to run The Bridgemoore. Our plan is to continue filling remaining vacancy toward stabilization, supported by the strength of the surrounding submarket, where the average household net worth exceeds $3.7M and no competing communities are under construction or in lease-up.
