JDI Realty, in partnership with Pro Business Centers, acquired an off-market small-bay industrial property in northeast San Antonio, Texas. The property consists of 81,735 SF of warehouse, retail, and flex space across 21 structures on nearly ten acres on the high-growth I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin. We acquired the property fully leased and at a basis well below replacement cost, with in-place rents below market. This acquisition represents our continued focus on infill industrial assets in high-growth markets with a clear path to value creation.
