Kevin Rahmanim focuses on acquisitions, bridge lending, DIP financing, and first lien CRE loan purchases nationwide on behalf of JDI Realty. He works directly with legal counsel, restructuring professionals, special servicers, and property owners navigating complex and time-sensitive situations. Prior to joining JDI, Kevin spent nearly a decade in commercial real estate, with experience spanning property management, leasing, and brokerage across multifamily and commercial assets. That hands-on background gives him a ground-level perspective on the assets JDI finances and acquires. Kevin lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and son.
