- Through quick and flexible deployment of capital, JDI seeks acquisition pricing that provides an opportunistic discount to present market value.
- We generally seek non-institutional assets, often in out-of-favor categories, where yields are most generous and debt coverage is highest.
- We seek experienced partners who will effectively collaborate with us. Our partners most often possess abilities that are complementary to ours, in order to diversify our capabilities and help to ensure success.
- We are national in scope. JDI has made investments in dozens of states and in most major cities, as well as secondary and tertiary locations.
- JDI is most interested in turnaround situations, repositioning opportunities, recapitalizations, partner buyouts, and value added and reuse situations.
